The time has come, as it always does, to make room for new projects. Because of this, we are going to let the 1934 Ford roadster go.
It’s an old hot rod body we brought back from the depths of despair. Doors and deck lid were welded shut by the original builder. Added 40 Ford dash with SW crescent gauges in a vintage moon cluster. Grill is sectioned and narrowed ‘37 Ford grill. Custom made pillion pad seats covered In vintage fabric. Floor is covered in a rubber type matting. We put it on original 32 rails with a 40 Ford cross member. Added a vintage dropped and filled Dago axle up front, and a 42-8 Ford rear end. Hydraulic brakes at all 4 corners with new big and little Firestones mounted on 35 wires accompanied by the coolest copper Lyons caps. Turning the beast is a 37-41 Ford cross steer box. Now to the heart of the old girl. It’s powered by a 91-A Mercury Flathead. It has been enhanced with an Isky cam, Johnson adjustable lifters, hexagon tool intake with 2 97s, and Edelbrock block letter heads. Bob drake water pumps. Baxters Ford rebuilt distributor. 3 core aluminum radiator. It’s mated to a 38 Ford trans with hydraulic clutch. Still 6 volt with a Powermaster gen. Guys, this is a real deal, no frills hot rod. One of a kind. A true piece of history. It runs great. Driven it a lot and never had a problem. If you’re over 6’ tall, I wouldn’t recommend this car. It’s not the roomiest on the block. Hate to let it go, but it’s not the most family friendly, and we can’t keep ‘em all. Clear title. Located in Eudora, KS. Please no tire kickers or picture collectors. Will entertain SERIOUS offers. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. I’m sure I’m forgetting something! Thanks!
