1986 Classic Tiffany We are presenting this 1986 Classic Tiffany at Garrett Classics. These cars were built by Classic Motor Carriages in Miami, Florida. CMC purchased the 1986 Mercury Cougar LS models directly from the Mercury division of Ford Motor Company and produced these great replicars. This one came with the 5.0L multiport fuel injection and 4 speed auto transmission with overdrive. Features Include: 5.0 L V-84 Speed Automatic Transmission w/overdriveClimate ControlA/C- HeatAutomatic High Beam Adjusters8 Way Power SeasUltrasound Audio SystemCruise ControlTilt WheelPower Windows and DoorsKeyless Keypad EntryAlarm SystemTitled as a 1986 Mercury CMC clipped the front and back ends of the Cougars and stretched the frame 3 feet, and cloned the 20s style body parts. They added the dual horns and sun roof, power antenna and 15 inch wheels. 1986 Cougars came with 14" wheels. Click here to enjoy the video of this 1986 Classic Tiffany. The interior is still in good condition. The leather is showing a bit of wear, but a good leather conditioner could bring it back a bit. The power options all seem to be working. The current owner had a great deal of work done to the car between 2019 and 2020. to list a few,he had the fuel tank dropped and cleaned, and a new fuel pump installed, sound deadening installed in the trunk area, new dual exhausts installed, new A/C compressor, new MSD distributor, and more. WE have receipts of all work done. The mileage is believed to be actual. The car reminded the owner of the car in the Disney movie 101 Dalmatians, so he had this little statue of Cruella DeVil in the car. We couldn't resist getting a shot of her. This is the one bad spot on the car. It is on the passenger side below the rear window. The air horns actually work. We have the actual original brochure and receipts to go with the car. We also have the original hood ornament. The current owner didn't like it so he opted for the Olds Toronado ornament that's on it and had the other emblems customized to match. This is your opportunity to own a really cool Gatsby style classic that runs, drives, and sounds more like a hot rod. It would also be a great car to show because of it's uniqueness.
