1957 Other Makes Additional Info:
Bored during Covid? Here is a rare micro car project to keep you busy. This 1957 Lloyd convertible is one of two known to exist in North America. And the body is 100% rust free! And never wrecked, so no bondo or dents. The floor has been replaced and it looks beautiful. The doors and hood are perfect. It gets better. When you buy this Lloyd convertible, you get a complete Lloyd sedan parts car, for free! The parts car is complete with original drive train and interior. But it gets better. In addition to these two Lloyd micro cars, you get a thirty year collection of used Lloyd parts, including engines, transmissions, wheels, interior parts, hoods, fenders, seats, bumpers, doors, etc. etc., even a rag top roof I removed from a wrecked Lloyd (I planned to install it on the red sedan, the roofs are interchangeable and bolt right in). Look at all the parts on the shelves and in the photos. Wow!And I purchased a complete engine out of a Lloyd Dealership demonstration car with less than 100 miles on it (mounted on a custom made factory spec engine stand). But it gets even better. You get all the factory Lloyd manuals, parts, maintenance, operation, etc., etc. May be the largest Lloyd manual collection in North America. Some are in English, some in German. And many Lloyd factory tools! And included is an $850 complete new wiring harness from Y n Z wiring. Are you sitting down? It gets incredibly better. I have the largest amount of NOS Lloyd parts in North America, and everything is included with these cars. NOS parts include; brake cylinders, master cylinder, brake shoes, cables, lights, lens, several full gasket sets, mirrors (lots of extras to trade, hoard, or sell). And ... NOS pistons, rings, cylinders, valves, distributor caps and rotors, and...a NOS roller bearing crankshaft complete with connecting rods (factory wrapped and sealed in cosmoline). Clean California title in my name for the convertible. Moving, must sell. No reserve.
