Up for auction is a 1949 Crosley Model CD Station Wagon. The primary photo depicts the car but also some Ford Mustang parts stacked on the car which these other make parts are not included. The vehicle has been disassembled and the chassis has been restored and does roll. The frame was sandblasted by a commercial blasting service and then powder coated by Western Blasting and Powder Coating Service. The wheels were blaste, epoxy primed and then painted white. New tires and tubes were purchased and mounted. The chassis has brand new front suspension springs manufactured by Boise Spring Works. There are new shackles, bushing, bolts, pins etc. The shocks have been tested and rebuilt where necessary and then remounted. Much work has been completed on this chassis andreceipts will be provided.

The body was separated from the chassis and sandblasted commercially. a new crosley floor from another Crosley parts car has been partially installed. additional welding will be required to complete the floor installation. the entire body has been sprayed with PPG epoxy primer to protect it. some body work and small dent removal has been performed. the body is in overall good condition but there will be additional body work required. The body work on the hood, upper tail gate and lower tail gate door is essentially complete and nearly ready for final primer and paint. includes gril, bumpers and bumper over riders.

The engin, which ran when the car began initial restoration will be included along with the transmission, bell housing and clutch. There are many extra parts included and it does have extra doors, an extra front steering and suspension, lots of tri, and three extra roll up doors and regulators. It is missing front seat springs and some miscellaneous parts but largely complete.

This is a great Crosley project car which could be restored as a wagon or made easily into a panel wagon. Bring a trailer . Will store for a short time if arrangements are made in advance.
