I am selling my 1998 Stewart & Stevenson M1088. It has only 7620 miles on it and is in good working condition. For those who are unaware of what this vehicle is... This Is a 6x6 military truck. It has a 6 cylinder Caterpillar turbo diesel, with a 7 speed Allison automatic transmission. In highway mode it has a 30/70 power distribution, in offroad mode it is 50/50. It has a central tire inflation system adjustable from the drivers seat with 5 different settings from highway (55lbs) to Emergency (bullet hole compensation) This truck is not like older military trucks with suspension so hard it beats you to death. It has modern shocks and suspension which provides a smoother more controlled ride. These trucks come in many versions.
