1970 Oldsmobile 442 Additional Info:

1970 Oldsmobile 442. It is a real 442, not a clone. This car is in excellent condition. It was professionally restored in 2010. Since then it has been stored inside. For the past five years it has been in a climate controlled building. It has all original, matching numbers drivetrain, including the transmission and rear end. It is the original 455 CI engine and M21 Muncie 4 speed transmission. The heads were reconditioned in 2011. It has an aftermarket aluminum intake and a Holley carburetor. The original, factory, intake manifold is included in the sale of the car. It has factory 8 track and rear defogger. The radiator and headliner have been replaced. This car runs and drives excellent. The motor sounds great. No oil leaks, smoke, lifter noise, or any other leaks, and has good oil pressure. It drives really nice. No rattles, shaking or suspension noise. The transmission feels good and shifts like it should. I have had several muscle cars and this drives so much nicer than the other ones I have had. The interior is original and is in excellent condition. Frame and floorboards are original, excellent condition, with no rust or rot. The original color was code 20, Azure blue. It was repainted with 1970 olds 442, code 26, Viking blue, which is a slightly brighter blue. We have a Complete, Rocket report, for the car, that verifies all the above information, and verifies the car was done correctly, and restored very nicely. I will try to download more pictures, and a complete copy of the Rocket report soon. $500 deposit required as soon as auction ends. Full payment must be received within seven days of auction ending.
