We're offering for sale a clean 1966 Olds Toronado Coupe. This car has 72K actual miles and a clean title and 4 power windows that work correctly. The wipers work, and the radio works, but the driver's power seat does not work (but there is power going to the motor). The lights work but don't always open. I'm sure it's an easy fix, we just haven't messed with it. Probably the best thing is putting in electric, then you probably won't have to deal with that problem. The air conditioning compressor spins but there's no belt.Brakes are to the top, and we put on 4 new tires. On the exhaust system, the front pipe on the right and left have a leak in them. We're going to try to fix them better before the sale is done in 7 days. We just did a minor tune up on this car and replaced 8 spark plugs and 8 ignition wires, including 1 coil wire. It also has a newer battery that we put in. As you can see in the pictures, the motor looks very clean. It doesn't smoke and sounds really good. The transmission shifts correctly, and the trunk is clean. The roof and front hood have some oxidation on them. We did no paint work on this car and no touchups on this car. We're trying to sell it as original as original can be. The new owner can paint it or leave it, at their discretion. The underneath is all solid, as seen in the pictures. We have keys for the ignition, doors, glove box and trunk and they all work fine. You could probably drive the car home, and being that the car hasn't been driven regularly for years, I would suggest shipping it because if a belt breaks or a hose pops, or anything else would happen, it wouldn't be good to be stuck on the road. But once you bring the car home, check the hose and belts, you could probably drive it as far as you want to go any day of the week.Since I'm selling this car, I'm trying to give you much information as I know. On NADA, you can see that these cars have great value and all the collectors talk online that the 1966 Olds Toronado, which was the first year, was the best year. We just buy and sell old cars so I really don't know that much about it compared to what a real collector knows about these Olds Toronados, but I do think it's a cool car, and I also think that the interior is 100% original! I see zero alterations on anything on this car from factory over its life of 59 years. Thank you for reading our ad and good luck bidding. CLICK HERE TO VIEW MORE PHOTOS OF THID CAR -----------> X
