Vehicle Details

Up for auction is a very clean 1987 Cutlass Pro-Street car that I started building about 8 years ago and has only been driven about 1,100 miles since completed. It was built to be a show car and cruiser and fits that bill nicely. Car was disassembled and put together the right way. Car is powered by a 383 SBC with a 671 blower on it. Motor was built by a local machine shop known for putting together nice solid motors. It has a forged SCAT crank, shot peened Oliver rods and a comp cams blower cam along with aluminum heads. The set up is producing close to 800 hp. The transmission is a built Turbo 350 with a reverse valve body and hurst shifter. Motor is in great shape and has not been abused. Flowmasters flow thru 3in exhaust and there are electronic cutouts if you want to be really loud. You will be heard from a ways away and it is an attention getter!! Car is painted Ruby Red metallic on top of the upper body line with pitch black painted below that separated by a thin silver pinstripe, color combo looks amazing. There is a custom interior including front seats and nice custom door panels. There is no backseat due to being tubbed. That area is all covered in carpet. Car had a 6 point roll cage but the side bars were removed to make it easier to get in and out so it now has a 4 point rollbar set-up. Dash is full of Auto-Meter gauges to monitor everything. A Vintage Air system is also installed to keep you cool or hot. Car is tubbed in the rear with a Ford 9in spinning 3.50 gears and has 29x15.5 Mickey Thompson radials along with 15x3.5 Mickey Thompson radials in the front. Car drives great and has won at many shows I've put it in. It's been a lot of fun but I've decided to let someone else enjoy it now. If you have questions please feel free to ask.NOTE....I listed the car prior but Ebay shut it down saying it had a salvage title. I have the title in hand and it is a clear KS title. The car was a theft recovery from St. Louis in 2009 which I wasn't aware of and to my knowledge it has not been wrecked. I bought the car in 2015 and it has never had a salvage title here. Also the mileage issue comes from the car no longer having the stock odometer and now has a GPS monitored Auto Meter unit, the mileage listed is what I have put on it. Just wanting to be honest and upfront.
