1950 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Additional Info:

Oldsmobile Rocket 88 Holiday Hardtop Coupe 303 V8 single 4 barrel, 3 speed, Hurst floor shifter, tubbed out (big tire). Was my dad's car, drives well, he had no second thought driving it to car shows, would drive to Columbus Goodguys from Detroit suburbs. When he passed, the car was covered and parked in climate-controlled storage. Professionally tubbed, fuel cell, lowered spindles. Not a race car, no roll cage, built for cruising. I don't know much else about the car, was built when I was off in the military. I checked the fluids, primed the carb, gave it a jump, started right up and runs good. Fuel system needs to be flushed and brakes spongy, they need to be gone through to make road worthy. Something fell on the hood chipped the paint about the size of a 1/2 dollar put a piece of tape over so paint wouldn't chip off (see pics). Clean green Michigan title, odometer shows 54K miles, I have no idea if that is actual or rolled over. I would guess it's not by how nice the car is but actual mileage unknown.
A little dusty with a couple cobwebs - But a very cool car, great stance, minimal work and you have a great, valuable, fun Hot Rod!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Sorry I have to add this paragraph, but not my first rodeo here, I had to clarify :)
This is an auction with reserve. Please do not ask for a "buy it now" or "what's the cash price?" or "what's the reserve?". If you want to know the buy it now, cash price or reserve, belly up and bid. If you reach it, Ebay will tell you not me, that's how it works.
Enter in your bid to the amount you want to spend/have the ability to pay, click bid and have fun, hopefully you win - it's a great car!
Do not bid if you do not have the money to buy (seems logical but you would be surprised!). Again, have fun it's an auction. I am not a dealer just helping my mom sell the car and a bit puzzled why people are overcomplicating this. Please revert to Ebay if there are further questions on how auctions work.
