1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Additional Info:
1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible. 350-4 Barrel Engine with 3-Speed Manual Transmission on the Floor, Factory Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Top, Tilt Wheel. The car starts, runs, stops, with all lighting functional. The factory clock works intermittently. The original orange paint (code 65) is still present under the primer sealer as seen in some of the photos. The primer sealer was applied back in 1992 when the previous owner parked the car and stored it in a carport out of the rain and snow. I purchased the car back in 2010 and have had it in my garage since. This car is super straight and dent free other than the scrape/dent on passenger door (can be seen in photos). This car is a clean and solid restoration project. The floors, doors and fenders are completely rust free. (there is a minimal amount of surface rust in the trunk) The front convertible top panel does have rust where the fabric wraps around it; however this a common and available replacement piece available from all restoration suppliers. A squirt of gas in the carburetor and the engine will start right up; the transmission shifts smoothly, brakes and lights work, windows go up and down as they should. Doors close smooth as the day it was built. The dash is completely crack free. Front bumper is missing although most other front end pieces are in the trunk. Lastly the pass rear window glass is broken and will need to be replaced. I have attached as many pictures as was allowed, showing as much of the car as possible. This car truly is a gem of a restoration project. Refreshing of the engine, interior replacement and you will be ready for paint! Feel free to call with any questions you may have. I will answer to the best of my ability, and as accurately as possible. I can deliver the vehicle to meet up with an auto carrierwithin 30-40 miles if needed. Andrew 505-927-1049
