1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Rallye 350 Additional Info:
This is a 1970 Oldsmobile Rallye 350 I bought off of Bring a Trailer a few months ago in July. I was originally looking for a car to Restomod and this seemed to be too good a deal to pass up. When I got the car I was reluctant to do that since it pretty much is original and a special edition trim. I wrestled with this for a couple of months now and decided instead I would sell this for someone who will appreciate one of these in an original condition.

That is the BAT auction I bid on. The car had a few issues not described there. First off the carpet on the drivers side was somewhat torn and two small cuts in the drivers seat. There is general "wear" throughout the car and interior but it's mild. It's never been restored and was in better condition than most more recently used cars you can find.
Another issue is the intake wasn't properly put together by these people. I bought parts to refresh it including new foam and put this all together.
The AC is an issue in this car. I at first had it upgraded to R134a, however the compressor has a ridiculous vibration to it. I was going to remove the system entirely, as these originally didn't have AC from the factory, but decided to leave it up to whoever the next buyer is. The AC runs strong, just be warned about the compressor.
The carb needed adjustment when I got it and now it starts and idles well.
The bottle for the wiper fluid is basically disintegrated. I have a replacement that I will include that I haven't installed.
If you go full turn on the steering wheel the power steering pump squeals slightly.
I suggest you read the above link for other details. You will also be getting the full documentation and replacement decals as mentioned there.
Other than that the car is mechanically sound and drives well. I've driven it across Las Vegas without an issue. This is pretty much a 40 foot car as they say. From a distance it's difficult to notice the imperfections and definitely has it's place as a great unrestored survivor.
