1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Additional Info:

For Sale - a garage-kept C.S. Coupe with the original owners manual in the glove box. This C.S. Coupe is also one of Oldsmobile's limited production and last Fourth Generation model year G-Body rear-wheel drive, V8/4 BBL. carburetor powered cars.
These cars were manufactured to utilize the remaining G Body/frames and complete the planned model transition in early 1988. Oldsmobile had chosen to end the rear-wheel drive car production and manufacture the Cutlass Models as front-wheel drive cars.
GM and Oldsmobile in early 1988 introduced the Fifth Generation Cutlass Model cars. These cars were now manufactured as W-Body platform front-wheel drive cars powered by fuel-injected V6 engines.
The GM Corporate in April 2004 during a downsizing phase discontinued the Oldsmobile Brand and all of its Brand Name Models to date.
