1969 Oldsmobile Delta Eighty-Eight (88) Convertible.Car has 55,000 original miles. Engine is the Rocket 455 V-8, bbl carburetor and 3-speed Hydramatic Transmission. Power Steering and Power Brakes. Car runs, rives and shifts excellent. Original radio works but clock does not. Interior is original with no tears or stains. Power from this engine performs like a muscle car! Car was repainted in 1997 in its original blue color and still shows very well.Black power top is also excellent and was new at the time it was painted, till looks brand new and also has convertible boot. It has obviously been driven very little since then. All 4 tires are like new and in excellent shape with no rot and excellent tread. Engine compartment is VERY clean with no leaks. You could drive this car anywhere. Frame is solid and there is no frame rot or rust on the body.Chrome overall is good and all parts are there with nothing missing. This car shows great and would make a great driver/cruise-in car. I recently replaced the rear bumper. I have a new, ompete exhaust from the header back which will be included in the sale, t just needs to be installed.In 1969 there were 252,087 Delta 88's built but only 5294 were convertibles making this car somewhat rare given the fact only around 2% had a drop-top.
