1975 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale Additional Info:
Your looking at my 1975 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Convertible
Although I absolutely love this car, I've come to the conclusion that it's totally impractical for me to keep since I live in Manhattan in New York City and rarely get to drive it.
When I do drive it, it also creates a stir, particularly with it's candy apple red color and continental kit. This is a rare opportunity to own such a beautiful low mileage gem.
I bought it 2 years ago in Pennsylvania and have barely put 1,000 miles a year on it.
The 19,000 + miles are believed to be original.
It had the factory original belts and distributor cap when i took possession of it
Whilst it my possession it received a new power top, rubber seals all around and anything to make it perfect. A complete tune up, brake job this past spring.
I installed an aftermarket alarm system and backup camera that brings it to the modern era.
It starts up and drives like new with no issues at all and everything works, including the power locks, windows, seats and antenna.
The AC blows nice and cold. The original radio does not turn on though, likely a fuse.
The seats have no rips or tears and the dashboard is not faded or cracked in any way.
If you have the space for it, you'll undoubtedly have years of fun and joy owing this classic.
They definitely don't make them like this anymore, big, flashy and comfortable has heck.
A real "boulevard cruiser" or "land yacht".
The car is currently parked in an indoor lot in lower Manhattan and available to view.
Good luck bidding!
