MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN.This is a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Holiday Hardtop.It's got:
350 rebuilt rocket engine, less than 1000 miles on the rebuild.
Brand new dual exhaust, 4 bbl.
Rebuilt transmission--less than 200 miles on it
New radiator
New suspension
New front and rear bumpers.
New carpets.
New windshield.
New dash.
Unfortunately, It's been sitting for about a year, she ran fine before that, and I have some video if anyone would like to see. You just go to a Google docs link and check it out.
But what the hell, right? It's a no reserve auction and there's about $3k worth of new stuff that I just rattled off.
Since it's been sitting, it'd need a little bit of work to get up and running again (fuel lines, etc.) Really a very cool car, and won't take much at all to get her perfect. Got a little surface rust, needs a little bit of body work, a paintjob, and a little in the interior to be a $16,000 car. I hate to let her go, but I've got a new baby and need to sell.
