1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo Additional Info:
1991 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. I found this car which had been sitting for quite some time and I purchased to see what kind of shape it was truly in. I estimate it had been sitting 15 years or so. When I got it home I installed new battery and added gas and to my amazement it started up! I drove it to the gas station and filled it up and drove home. It runs good, at low idle has slight shake in engine but no misfire. The more I drove it the smoother and stronger it got. The tires are like new with tread but feel like a flat spot from sitting. The brakes were rusty but as I drove the rust came off. The brake light comes on sometimes when you drive, wasn’t until my 3rd drive that it appeared.
The AC even works! I had to put new belts on it because one broke, but other than that it is untouched.
It has black leather, little hard but no rips. The interior is in good shape, see the pictures. I have not cleaned it out at all. It had busted windshield that I had professionally replaced. But there is some glass pieces still in floorboard, not much. All the accessories seem to work except the radio. It will turn on and you can hear static from the Bose system but no music.
The exterior is weathered. The driver side is nice, but the passenger side has couple dents and paint peeling. The front bumper had break at bottom but I put a bracket on to hold in place (visible in pictures). The rear spoiler has faded the worst and can be seen in the pictures.
This is a nice piece for quick restore and being Twin Turbo, definitely worth the effort. The title is clean Kentucky title ready for transfer. I had to drive up and get Sherrif inspection when I transferred so I know it will pass.
