Up for auction is my beloved 1987 200SX SE V6 with only 69K original miles. If you are looking at this car; you know what this car is and how rare they are to find in this condition. I have loved this 200SX like no other car as it was my dream car when i was a teenager. When I got the chance to buy an unmolested and unmodified one; I jumped at the chance. I have to make room in my garage for other toys, so here is your chance to be the next lucky owner. This car has always been a non smoker car and has a clean history report with no accidents or damage ever. This 200SX is like a new car and can be driven across the country if desired. It is simply in Pristine Condition in every way,
SERVICE HISTORY: Upon purchasing this 200SX; I took it to my local Nissan dealer and had them go through everything to make it like new due to the age of the car; not the mileage obviously. I have spent about $5000 servicing everything from the Injectors, Timing belt and water pump, AC conversion, Rack and pinion, New Brakes and tires, New Shocks and struts, Gaskets, hoses, Spark plugs, All fresh fluids and so on. The winner of this auction will get all the service records with the car. This car does not leak or have any issues. The engine starts right up everytime and the transmission shifts great.
ACCESSORIES: Every single option and accessory works on this 200SX like it did back in 1987. The power windows and locks, AM FM and the cassette player, Cruise control, Nissan Security system, All retractable headlights, Rear tail lights, turn signals, horn, power steering, heater, ICE Cold AC, Manual Sunroof latch, Brakes and the speakers still sound great. Even the antenna is perfect and intact like new.
INTERIOR:This 200SX interior is what I would call immaculate. The perforated faux leather interior with piping is like new and was installed as an upgrade by Nissan. The seats are comfortable, there is no tears, rips or stains anywhere. The dashboard is perfect with no cracks, fading or issues. The door panels have no shrinkage, tears or discoloration. The carpet is plush and like brand new. The mats are like new with no stains or odors. This car has never been smoked in. The headliner is perfect with no stains or sagging. The steering wheel is like new with no soft spots or worn spots. The rear hatch area still has the tray to hide your belongings and the hatch struts are new. The sunroof shade is intact and in great shape. The light in the cargo area does not work. I would give this interior a 9.9 out of 10 score. It is hard to believe that this car is 29 years old.
EXTERIOR:The exterior of this 200SX is equally in exceptional condition. The paint shines like new. There are no scratches, fading, dings or damage on this car. I drive this car only on perfect weather days in the summer months. The rest of the time it is under a cover in my climate controlled garage set at 70 degrees all year round. The mouldings are still shiny and perfect. There is absolutely no rust or issues with this exterior. The under carriage has no damage or rust of any kind. You could literally eat off this car. I would rate the exterior a 9.9 out of 10 again and I am a very picky and detail oriented car guy.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION:All components of the engine and transmission work perfect with no oil leaks, smoke, noises or any other issues. The engine starts up always on first try and sounds great. It has plenty of power with the 3.0L V6 and the transmission shifts great and smooth. It has passed emission and inspection every year including this February. The car has plates but to keep my privacy I covered the plate up with NISSAN plate for pics.
SHIPPING:fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. I will assist you with the logistics and will keep the car in my garage until it is ready to be picked up by the shipping company.
PAYMENT & Deposits: A deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of the end of auction via paypal. I will not accept paypal for the entire purchase price. The remainder must be paid with a cashiers check or a wire transfer within 3 days of the end of auction. Balance must be paid in full before the vehicle will be released.
