SO HERE'S THE DEAL... PLEASE take this truck off my hands. PLEASE. We purchased it with the intent to use it as a "dump run" truck. Bought it from its 2nd owner who used it around their farm. We managed to get it home. It drove like a Disneyland Autopia car. Brakes were a bit soft. Parked it in front of the house with the intent to take it to one of the local places for a look-over (which yes, I should have done first). Hubby started it and drove it 20' to park it on the driveway. I heard a thud and crash. The house did a good job of stopping it from driving into the back yard. Yep, brakes are gone. This is a project truck for someone, but not for me. Maybe just a junker. Or perfect for the Gambler 500? It has fairly new tires. Inside is OK. Apparently the windows don't roll down regularly. The key falls out of the ignition, but it works to start it, and it doesn't stop when it falls out. You could probably just use a screwdriver instead. Oh, and now the windshield wiper lever is gone, as that's what hubby grabbed instead of the gear shift when he was trying to put the truck in park to stop it from hitting the house. NOT SAFE TO DRIVE - MUST BE HAULED AWAY ON A TRAILER. NO BRAKES. We thank you for your interest! |
