This 1989 Nissan 240sx came to us as a shell. The build was commissioned to generate a very potent street car, objective achieved. The shell had minimal rust, it has zero now. The drivers side apron and frame rail had the usual separation in the seam. A low mileage,23K, half cut was purchasedfor the SR20DET and the perfect frame rail and apron were installed.The body kit was installed and fitted to the highest standards, it looks like factory pieces, widebody flairs were installed on the rear. The body is perfectly straight over 700 man hours went into blocking andfitting each panel to perfection before color was ever considered. The two tone is a brilliant yellow over a chocolate brown, you will attract attention. The rear wing is a JDM spec silvia wing as are the taillights and emblems. These are direct from Nissan not knockoffs. A Siebon carbon fiber hood was installed after the underside was smoothed and painted body color. The engine bay received the same color as the top of the car, every nook and cranny is flawless. The pop up headlights work perfect and were fitted with LED headlights, the front marker lights areJDM spec clears.

All the stock suspension was removed and a complete tubular control arm system was installed. Coilovers, upgraded sway bars, and a competition alignment were added in, all the suspension has been basecoat/cleared in body color. The rear differential was rebuilt, bearings, seals, Cusco 2 Way differential, 3.91 gears. Again the same treatment everything was media blasted and painted body color. Wilwood 4 piston brakes went up front with 12.88in rotors, the stock rear brakes were rebuilt and a drilled and slotted rotors were added. All the brake lines are stainless steel and stainless braided was used for flex joints. The Wheels are MB Battles in bronze, all the mesh on the hood and body kit were matched to the wheel color. The rack and pinion was replaced.

TheSR20DET received custom paint, a leakdown test and we replaced any seal or gasket that had any signs of leakage. A Mishimoto oil cooler was added along with aschedule 40 stainless steel tubular exhaust manifold. The intake was glass bead blasted and left in raw aluminum. Nismo 720cc injectors were added to compliment the GT2872 turbo,3"stainless down pipe runs toPacesetter exhaust. A front mount intercooler was custominstalled, all the intercooling plumbing is polished aluminum and custom made,a blitz blow off valve was installed. the car is set at 19lbs. A Jim wolfe tune wasuploaded to the ecu to accommodate the Z32 MAF. The factory valve cover was polished. A vibrant performance catch can was plumbed in. Mishimoto radiator and twin fans that are thermostatically controlled do the cooling and are fed through silicone hoses. An Exedy dual disc clutch was installedto there flywheel. The 5 speed trans was inspected and had new seals installed after it was paint matched to the car. The factory clutch line was replaced with a braided stainless line, new slave cylinder and master were installed. The A/C was retro fitted to 134a and works perfectly. A wiring specialty harness was installed. A pst driveshaft was custom made and replaces the factory two piece driveshaft.

The interior is one of a kind. The factory dash was capped, smoothed and painted, a custom gauge pod was added for the autometer carbon fiber boost gauge. The factory gauge panel was refurbished. A dual overhead cam tach was swapped in, the digital speedometer was repaired, and all the lights were inspected and repaired. As seen in the picture the HUD works perfectly and the clock is illuminated. The carpet is color matched to the car andis new. The interior panels have been color matched to the car, carbon fiber vinyl was added to the door cards. The power windows operateperfectly as does the power sunroof. Autometer carbon fiber wideband O2, pyrometer, and oil temp gauges were added into the A pillar. The factory power seatbelts were replaced with G force 5 point harnesses. Sparco seats were bolted in and retainadjustability. The black headliner is new.

The rear seat was removed and a custom fiberglassbox was fabricated.2 Kicker 12" subs, an optima red top battery,fuse panel, and led Nissan emblem take up the back seats original home. The rear package tray was removed and an extension of the box fits in perfectly. Alpine type S 6.5" rear speakers were molded into the top and a billet third brake light was added. The amp rack in the truckalso received the same treatment, housing a5 channel alpine amp. All the custom work on the stereo was smoothed and color matched. The trunk received new carpet and gas shocks were custom fabricated to support the trunk lid.
