Selling very nice 1991 Nissan 300zx Slicktop. 2 owner car. Previous owner daily drove it and maintained the car as such. I got the car and started restoring it basically as I knew how rare these cars were and I wanted a nice example of one. It was never messed with, modded, or raced. EVERYTHING works with the exception of the drivers door lock. They are known to break and Z1 sells the part to fix it, I believe its only $28. I just kept forgetting to order it when I would order stuff from them. Most of the parts have come from Z1 that I replaced on the car. The only non factory parts on the car are the exhaust, springs, and 3rd brake light. The previous exhaust had just deteriorated due to age. I put springs on the car as I was replacing the suspension anyways and I felt the car looked better and would handle better a little lower. The 3rd brake light is a replacement fiberglass piece with an LED light in it. Nobody would actually ship me an OEM one as they are SO fragile. It’s painted black and looks pretty good imo. Other than that the car is pretty much stock in an out. As I mentioned earlier, everything works. AC and all the actuators for it, the rear antennae is new, rear wiper, gauges, clock, etc…. Interior is just as nice on the exterior. It was the reason I acquired the car, it was always garaged and It’s still garaged today. The dash is not lifting or cracked and is in excellent condition. No rips in the seats, doors, or back. Everything is how you’d want it. Below is a list of some of the things I’ve replaced on the car, I’m sure there’s more:
Paint
Foglights
Timing belt service
Injectors & clips
Spark plugs
Valve cover seals
Rear main seal
Rear oil pan seal
Clutch & pressure plate
Center carrier bearing
Catalytic converters
Exhaust
Shifter bushings
Shift knob & boot
Roof moldings (slicktop)
Antennae
Battery & terminals
Fuel Filter
Oil Filter
Air filters
Fluids (Redline Trans and Diff)
3rd Brake light
Windshield cowls
Overall this car is in great shape and probably one of the nicest slicktops out there, easily the nicest for sale if you can even find another one available. If you have any questions, please ask. PPI welcome. I can be reached on here through ebay or you can call me @407-nine zero two 8 seven zero 1.
