The 3000GT was manufactured in Nagoya, Japan, in a three-door hatchback coupe body style. It was first introduced in the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) as the GTO, and globally as the Mitsubishi 3000GT. It originally took its name as GTO from the Galant GTO, which took its name from the Ferrari 250 GTO. Between 1991-1999, there were roughly 15,539 coupes and just 877 convertible models produced, making any 3000GT quite a rare find! In North America, it may also be known as the Dodge Stealth, as it was sold under the name and badge between 1991 and 1996. With this model being a 1991, it is one of the most sought after Japanese sports cars introduced in the early 90s.
