Red/Black 1991 Japan Import Rover Mini

1991 Mini Cooper Additional Info:

1991 Japanese / JDM imported Rover Mini. RHD Manual. Has an issue idling and has rust where you would expect. AC blows, but not cold. It runs and drives ok if the choke is pulled a little for some reason, but idles too high. I can send more pictures if you want.
Things I've had done since 2017: New quick turn steering rack. New copper head gasket w/resurfacing. New rocker cover. Upgraded radiator. Replaced radiator hoses and thermostat. Upgraded water pump. After market heater + core. Seat extensions. Full custom interior with the old stuff still underneath and intact. Old carpet is gone.
I have the original cream w/ chrome cap wheels, shift knob, heater + core, steering wheel, and more. I kept everything that wasn't totally broken. I have a red roof rack and many spare parts. ask any questions you want about it.
Kilometer accuracy is unknown.
I have a valid US title for it.
