This 1978 Classic Mini is finished in an eye-catching blue and white color scheme with vinyl stripes. The body is in good condition overall, with some scratches and scrapes visible in the photos. It’s a fully running and driving vehicle, equipped with upgraded larger disc brakes in the front for improved stopping power. The motor is a smooth running Honda D16 Z6 with 5 speed transmission.

This Mini was a DIY project that aclient traded in and, while complete, it does have a few areas that could be improved. For example, the shift linkage and a few other components may benefit from upgrades to enhance performance and drivability. The subframe should be replaced with a new unit from Minitec. Despite these issues, this classic Mini is a solid and fun foundation for anyone looking to enjoy or further refine a vintage icon

Note: This year is not a California or NYC road legal car. It needs to be a 1975 or older for these states. Most other states it is fine.
