We bought this car for my wife to Vintage Race 5 years ago. We bought it out of the Pacific Northwest where many vintage racers have told us they have memories of it running privately and competitively against Huffaker. We only have logbooks back to 1989 but have been told this car is believed to have been raced since new. We welcome any more information about the car’s history and will update the info as we receive it.
There are very few hours on the engine and transmission since we rebuilt them here in our shop. There are no laps on the car since the head was last done and the car is ready for the race track right now. My wife preferred running the car with the hard top in place, but in my opinion it looks much better (and it is lighter) with the top off and the included low plexi windscreen in place. The Hoosiers still have a couple of full weekends left on them. A factory aluminum bonnet is still in place.
I would recommend inspection of the car here in our full service shop.Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at480-483-4682 orsales@brightonmotorsports.com.
At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and detailedphotos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures.
