1980 MG MGB *CLEAN*64K*NO ROT!*

1980 MG MGB Additional Info:

Summer is coming, and you'll want this MG in your drive for cruising!
This 1980 MGB is finished in Leyland White, over a new Moss Motors Autumn Leaf interior.
I purchased the car in 2022 after it had sat for years in dry storage. It has the original 1796cc motor & Zenith-Stromberg 175 CD carburettor setup, and from all evidence, the 64k mileage count shown is original. I have made three upgrades to the original car:
-Gear Reduction Starter Motor-Recurved distributor, newly build for an earlier MGB-RetroSound radio with AUX input
This was my summer/fall car last year, but I have a preference for the early MGB GT, so this one has to go.
Starts up easy, idles right & drives like a go-kart. Cold oil pressure 70/Hot 65. Does not smoke or burn oil. Has a minor leak from the rear main seal.
I've put about 500 miles on it since Summer 2023 and been wearing a smile most of the time :)
Here's the short list of what I've done to the car the past two years, records available for all work completed:

-All rubber hoses/lines
-Brake shoes/wheel cylinders
-Brake pads/rebuilt calipers
-New Brake & clutch master cylinders

-New (not rebuilt) Alternator
-Battery & isolation switch
-New SU Fuel Pump
-Water pump & belt
-Air pump & partial emissions delete
Paint is in fair condition; it's an older re-spray & there are some areas of checking/chipping. No rot anywhere on this car. A rust bubble on the drivers rear dogleg was sanded & painted. That's it. A very clean, well-preserved 'B'.
Items needing addressing:-Gas gauge sender-Missing passenger side mirror
Included with the sale are the original smog/emissions equipment, a full tonneau cover & some minor spare parts.
A functional folding top frame & locking strip are included, but does not include the canvas/vinyl 'top'.
Titled & registered in Massachusetts.
