Ad Description:

Very nice MGB Mk IV Roadster - Very nice rust-free example that spent over 20 yrs in Georgia before coming to Texas. Stored indoors in original Glacier White (repainted) does show some normal chips/wear, with a black grained top with zip out rear window.

Yes, all the electrics work. No, there are no electrical issues. Engine does run as seen in video taken summer of 2023 (last time car was started).

The car is powered by a NMN 1800 CC engine that has been professionally fully rebuilt to pre-emission specs. It features twin SU carburetors, a 'mile road' car valve cover. It is cooled by 13-row engine oil cooler with braided stainless-steel lines. Yes, the oil pressure is good. The car also has the AC Delco 60A alternator rebuilt and resealed, u joints replaced, and the rear end serviced. New exhaust system and fuel pump.

The suspension has been lowered to pre-1975 ride height. Mini-lite style road wheels with newer H Rated low profile Kumbo tires. Rear brake drums are powder coated black. All components are good and tight including the king pins. The shocks have performance valving. The car handles very well.

The interior is original black. The dash, console, sun visors, door cards, carpet and top are nice. Seats were upgraded in 2021 - new premium high-back camel tone leather. Spare tire cover, original jack, handle and wheel chock.

The car has a 4 point roll bar (not installed, but included with sale). "Limited" sport steering wheel and wood shift knob.

Car comes with partial service records going back to 1999. Original bill of sale and original window sticker too.

The stainless rocker moldings were probably added around the time of repaint - excellent condition. These are decorative - not a cover up. No corrosion/rust on this vehicle.

Thanks for looking at my MGB.
