1973 MGB roadster for sale

1973 MG MGB Additional Info:

1973 MG MGB. I bought this car last year and was going to tinker with it. After I purchased it, I found another one that I liked better because it has an overdrive transmission, so I am selling this one. The car runs and drives but has been sitting up for a while so it is not recommended for highway driving yet. The motor runs nice and smooth and idles fine, but the weber carb seems to "cough" when the accelerator is pressed. I haven't bothered to mess with it. There is some rust in the typical rocker areas that need to be addressed. (see photos). New outer rocker panels that I purchased from Moss come with it. The Interior is nice, the top is nice, great oil pressure, the tires are in nice condition, and the electricals seem to be in working order. Brakes and clutch are a little stiff because car has not been on the road and they need to be "worked.". The paint looks better in the photos. True mileage unknown. It's an old car, but any good MG mechanic can get it to run great. Sold in "As Is" condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
