Excellent body condition, but not currently running due to abandoned electronic ignition refit. Flatbed pick-up in S. Arlington VA.
Prior to removal of points assembly, the vehicle ran well (except in the rain…thus the attempt to convert ignition).Due to family commitments, I don’t have the spare time to maintain/tinker, so I have to let it go after 3yrs.As far as “project cars” go, this one won’t require much effort. See refurb’s below.
Exterior in excellent shape (see pix), except for dented trunk/boot lid from a falling branch. However I am also offering a replacement trunk lid and special-order spraycans of matching (MG Vermillion) paint. I didn’t have time to swap out the dented lid.Previous owner installed Weber Carburetor and high-end retro-look radio (with aux jack for mp3/cellphone play).Car has until recently been driven regularly and has been kept well-covered while on the street.
I hate to let it go but I just don’t have the time to take car of her (or a garage to work in). Since notcurrentlyrunning, buyer will have to tow or bring trailer to So. Arlington.
