76 Red MGB Roadster from the high and dry Chihuahuan Desert in far West Texas. $11,500 in documented improvements, upgrades, and replacements. Beautiful bright red with tan/black trim interior panels leather insert seats (all new foams, backs, supports), and black carpet from Prestige Auto Trim. Refurbished lower dash, recovered upper dash, all gauges, new turn, wiper, hazard, horn, ignition switches. New shifter boot and chromed shifter ring. Refurbished original MG shifter. New Robbins top and a high end down-to-the-metal paint job (door jambs and all exterior). Gauges cleaned and equipped with LED lighting throughout. New windshield with light tinting, all new rubber seals and gaskets throughout the car. New tires (500 miles, two years old), battery, alternator, Radiator and heater core checked, flushed, and working perfectly. New cooling system hoses and coolant. New fuel pump, tank, sender, fuel lines and filter. Rebuilt Weber 32/36 with new K&N air filter. New clutch master, slave, hard lines and soft lines with DOT 4 fluid. New brake MC, power steering kit, caliper kits, rear slaves and flex lines with new DOT 4 fluid. Starts and runs beautifully, idles at about 800rpm. About 550 miles since this major rehabilitation.

Serviced rack and pinion with new silicone boots. All new front suspension bushings. New muffler. Rubber bumpers look great. Only lights not working are the “door open’ and “trunk open” lights. New high intensity headlights. New light lenses all the way around.New fluids in pumpkin, tranny and engine. Rick Ingram hood and trunk struts. (these are great!).New MG underhood insulating foam cover (high functioning eye candy). Wipers and window washer work.New Kenwood digital radio and JBL door speakers with bluetooth connectivity. Sebring spoiler, new speedo cable, defrost hoses and elbows. The floor pans were replaced. New MG emblems front and rear. Sound and vibration proofing in floors and doors. Padded vinyl panel of back firewall.New plugs, NGK wires, new distributor cap. Crane electronic ignition system. Negative cutoff switch for battery inside the car. Valves adjusted, timing set. Tuned very nicely.

This car drives straight and true with absolutely no rust issues.
