69 MGBGT Hard Top, Special Conversion (Seats, Batt, Paint, Camping, Surfing)

1969 MG MGB GT Hardtop Additional Info:

1969 MG MGB GT Hardtop. Condition is Used. Just about everything is new .. Paint, body work, Clutch, Tires, Brakes, Wire Wheels (15" , Alternator, leather seats, Battery, Brakes, Because last time I listed this car .. the oil pressure was low so I removed the engine and installed a new Oil Pump .. while I was there .. I replaced the rod bearings .. and then removed the head and replaced the rings .. honed the cylinders and new head gasket .. the head was rebuilt 5 years ago and new valves .. and a new Cam .. The car runs like new .. Not much left to replace. I use the MGBGT for surfing. It has leather seats that fold flat so when its flat I have enough room to sleep. I have removed the rear seat that was useless and installed a storage box where the batteries used to be. The Battery I took from under the seat and installed it under the hood where it is easy to get to .. The Surf Board and a bicycle fit nicely on the rack on top of the car .. What more could you ask.. it gets about 25 mpg and the engine has 4 cylinders and very easy to work on .. No Smog and cheap registration and insurance ..
