1966 MG MGB Additional Info:
Auction is for a 1966 mgb BODY TUB great potential. It spent 20 years in a barn.
The body IS OVER ALL VERY SOLID.The goodStarting from front of car.the inner panels are in great shape, crossmember great shape. The tunnel area, floors, cockpit area, metal dash mounting area, fireawall are all in GREAT shape.Crawling underneath the car all the floors and cockpit, suspension area look great..Passenger door looks good trunk area looks good.
The "not so good" The outer fenders look good except they are rusted out at the bottom corners. You need replacements for fenders or you could get by perhaps with the patch panels.Same with quarter panels. Also one of battery boxes rusted out (but everywhere else under car looks good)Drivers door has a crack so you need another door.
The car is ideal for somebody to restore with some TLC.You may get by just on patch panels and a battery box.The best part of it all is the inner panels, cockpit, dash area which is all solid and great. This is not want that needs to be scrapped.
Many parts still on it in picture but thefollowing are not included.differential, pedal box, front shocks, swivel axles, tail lamp housings***again the items in RED just listed not included
any other part you see included,seat belts,crossmember,steering rack,headlamps,signal lamps,side markers,heater box etc.
I am pricing the car at a fair starting price.I am happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability or send any specific pictures you would like to see.I do not have title only a bill of sale.1966 cars in Georgia do not require title.
I travel a little over Georgia,South Carolina and Alabama and may can get it a little closer to you.
I have parted out dozens of mgbs and if you buy the car from me I will remember that and give you extra special deals in the future when the need arises)
