One of possibly 4 in the US. I imported it in 2015. Car is #270 of the 751 that were built. Extensive history file, including the original Bill of Sale, Passport to Service and Owners Manual, plus many MOT reports and invoices for work that was done. Car was in the UK, except for a period from 1978 to 1982, when it was in South Africa with the original owner. Comes with the BMH Heritage certificate. Body and paint are in good condition. Undercarriage is rust free. Original floors. Motor, whichruns fine, is an exchange unit from Ivor Searle, having55,343 miles in 2006. At that time, a clutch, radiator, Kenlowe fan and electronic ignition were fitted. Car also has a Hopkinson Handling kit and a stainless exhaust. Gearbox works smoothly with good synchros and a working overdrive. Interior is very nice. Original cloth seat covers have been replaced with leather front and back. Wheels have been refurbished and new tires installed since importation. Both sets of keys included. MOTs and work orders back up the stated low mileage of this car. Overall, a very good example of a rare MG, with much history. Does not get used as much as it should, so time to sell it. Your chance to buy a very unusual MGB!
