Very original SF Bay Area MGB. This is an unmolested, lightly restored original specimen of the
marque in outstanding original condition. Paint, seats (completely rebuilt inside and out) top and carpet have been redone and the necessary mechanical repairs have been done as needed over the years. New rear leaf springs, tune up, misc bushings, weather stripping, hoses, belts, tires, etc are all like new. This car runs and drives beautifully and was purchased from the original owners with documentation to prove the cars' authenticity. This is a low mileage (under 50,000), fully functioning example of what the 1969 MGB should be. Never wrecked, damaged or rusted and to this day, absolutely NO RUST is present on the vehicle. The battery boxes are in perfect condition with new batteries housed in them. The trim and all the seams and gaps are as they should be and the doors, bonnet and trunk lid all function and lock as they should. There are no dents or dings to the body panels and only a few slight dings in the body side molding and grill. The taillights, side markers and plastic lenses are all in perfect condition. This is the best of both worlds. Survivor in outstanding condition. You will not find a better example of an original MGB in this condition. Perfect for a complete and show winning restoration or as a regular weekend driver. This car was originally purchased from British Motors in SF and still bears the license plate frame.
