Update: I added lots more pics and videos to the google drive:HERE
Undercarriage pics and video, walk-arounds, and a driving video (sorry for the shakiness!) There is an audible rattle in the video from the exhaust slightly contacting the floor brace. I believe the clamp can be loosened and re-positioned.
There are a few rust spots underneath as shown in the pics; nothing anywhere near terminal. Overall the structural parts of the car are extremely solid. This is obviously a southern car and has been loved.
Rather than wire brush the trouble spots and re-coat with undercoating I chose to leave everything as-is so people can see the true condition. A little cleanup underneath would do wonders. No rust repair is needed at all!
My story: I'm a mechanical engineer by trade and I like to work on cars on the weekends. I found this one locally in need of a throwout bearing and couldn't resist. It's a beautiful car. But... with two Fiats already I just don't need to keep this one too. It's been fun and now on to the next one.
I could be persuaded by a trade (partial or full) of anything old and unique, Italian or Japanese.
Please let me know if there are any questions. I will be very responsive and forthcoming throughout this listing.
