73 MG Midget Mk III convertible, plus lots of spare parts!

1973 MG Midget Additional Info:

This car was owned by my MG enthusiast friend who passed away, so I went over the car and completed a cylinder head rebuild, various body and trim work, rebuilt the fuel pump, front shocks, upgraded the ignition, and made several other repair and updates. This car starts and runs well, and it is a blast to drive. Shifts smoothly, corners nicely and brakes work fine. It was painted some time ago and looks like a repainted car, but there is not really any rust to speak of. Here's what needs work: heater is not fully installed, clutch should be bled, tires should be replaced sooner or later, convertible top could be better and you might want to replace it (back window visibility is still pretty good though). A few other things like hazard flashers and a dash light need fixing. The hood does not line up perfectly but latches safely and the release inside works fine. Otherwise, drive it and have fun. Also, this sale includes tons of spare parts for which I have no use: an extra engine, rear axle, rear suspension (springs and shocks) front steering, front suspension, window frame, dash including gauges, many, many new and used parts. No cherry picking please, winner take all!
