This is a realist because the winning bidder was a sca, lease know I am listing this car on auction to help pay for exspense for our son who has leukemi, e live 90 miles from the cancer center in glenwood springs and need the money to get back and forth and for his care. We are honest people and are not looking for a hand ou, r a charity auction we really just ask if you bid please plan on follong threw. Our family has enough to deal with and need to sell the car to help out in our time of need. If you have a zero history please contact me first before bidding because we truly can't keep doing this. I'm sorry to be blunt but my family does not need any more let downs.
1979 mg midge, as had a re pain, o major body damage eve, uns perfec, oes down the road straight. The light switch broke so will need a new one. The top is brand ne, arpet and Inside are in fair conditio, ll doors and panels in great shape. This is a nice project car and is totally complete and origina, r leave the way it is and enjoy the ride. The emergency brake needs adjusted just bled the brakes and replaced the battery. The speedo does not always work maybe just needs the cable have not really checked it. Can start and drive cross country no problems. This car is not perfect and not being advertised as such but it would make a nice fuel economy daily drive, t drives perfect and goes down the road even at highway speed perfectly fine and is not SCARY to drive like some of these cars can be. Again the car is not perfect but is a great starter car and is truly in good shape conpaired to some out there. Trunk is perfect no rust no holes at all. Battery tray is perfect no rust no hole, oes have a crack in the windshield but is not in the view of the driver. Just installed a new battery. The transmission shifts perfect and had a new clutch installed last year maybe has 100 miles on it.
I live in an area with no emissions and am not sure if it will or won't pass the e tes, t runs perfect blows no smoke so should be fine.

Also with weather across the US we are ok storing the veh back under cover in our barn as long as needed for no charge untill it can be picked up as long as payment is made.
