1957 MG MGA Additional Info:
Earl, eautiful & Solid Roadster.
Very nice, uper straight and unbelievable sound.
The engine on this car runs like a Swiss Watch, ou can barely hear the engine when idling. I had more than 30 A's in my life and no one was by far as silent and smooth as this engine. Unfortunately I haven't met the Gentleman that rebuilt it, e did a Master job. It runs very strong, o smoke, o hesitation, othing. Just go and fast.
Everything works good and tight. Transmission, earbox, ynchros,Clutch, tc, tc.
Perfect suspension, rakes, ear & front end. Solid and clean undercarriage.
Excellent color combination. Interior is in very nice shape. Upholstery, carpets, auges...
Top, onneau, ide Windows, heels, uffler, teering wheel...
Nice & shinny paint, inimum oil leak, ..if it doesn't leak is not a British...) Just a little drop after driving in warm weather for a couple of hours. Absolutely no overheating. At 185ยบ Temperature the reading on the Oil Pressure is 58 PSI,(took a picture with my phone). RHS bumper wing chrome is peeling.Easy & cheap replacement.Jack & Winding tool (Start). I wrote 55555 on the mileage just because I had to write a number. I don't know the real mileage. Stop.
Anyway it is not a Show car but a Super Driver in more than decent shape ready to go just...anywhere...British Motor Industry Heritage Trust included.
The certified copy of the factory record states that the car was produced between Sept. 25/27-1957
Also that was O.E. White with Red interior and a Black top, eater, djustable steering column, lack tonneau etc, tc. (Of course, t goes with the car).
You are welcome to have the car inspected or to call with questions and or etc.
Thanks,
William
