1949 MG TC and 1951 MG TD Additional Info:
1949 MG TC and 1951 MG TD – Selling as a pair. I’ve owned the TD since 1970 and the TC I purchased 4 years ago out of dry storage.
A quick snapshot of both: The TD is a solid runner with a current carb rebuild.Itsan original numbers car and is the original colors. Needs top, interior and overall TLC to make a greatcar .No body rust and timbers are good. Have some extra parts that go with it such as extra gas tank, original pistons, original rear shocks, a single carb manifold (Nilson) and carb that was on car when purchased.
The 1949 TC was purchased from anindividual outof dry storage that they had owned since the mid 50’s. A restoration had been startedwhen putin dry storage 30 years ago. I have rebuilt carbs, brakes, new wiring harness. Runs great and body and interior is in excellent shape. Not much lefttomakethis a very strong car. All side curtain and top components with it.
I want to sell as a pair – Just not interested in them anymore- Spending my retirement time doing other things. Serious bids only. I will gladly send additional pictures and info to interested parties.
