1952 MG T-Series N/A Additional Info:
I am reluctantly offering my 1952 MGTD project, for sale with NO RESERVE!. I have owned this TD for over 25 years and as I haven't got around to doing the planned restoration yet it is time to let someone else get the chance ! Originally from New Mexico, the metal (body chassis etc) of the car are in excellent condition. With no rust or previous body repairs, anywhere on the cars body. It is the perfect starting point for a proper restoration or Hot Rod build.
The car was originally Old English White, there were never any color changes or modifications made to the surface of the body. IN fact the body has never been repainted from its original factory applied "Old English White" paint! The "gray" and later "red oxide" color you see in the photos are respective coverings of filler primer applied to seal and prep the surface for repaint.
. My plan is to install a 1952 Hopped Up Ford Flathead V-8 (for sale at additional cost) and 5-speed transmission. Another option would be to install a drive line from an MG B, Mazda Miata, or other 4 or 6 cylinder car. Either way, with the super strong chassis, and body metal this will be the perfect starting point for an easy build.
I am selling the car with a bill of sale, only. It is also being sold with NO RESERVE, so if you bid to buy as it will be sold! Good Luck!
Please note* I have this car for sale locally and may cancel this auction early if it sells.
I am very happy to answer any questions, or take and send any photos you require.
