1966 MG MGB Orginal condition and restored Additional Info:

Up for sale is a 1966 MGB, Mark 1 Roadster. Steel bumpers, wire wheels and pull handle doors! This MGB is in great running shape with many recent improvements and custom additions over the last few years. It was fully restored about 7 years ago and has been garage stored all that time. The restore included many refreshed items, such as all rubber trim; mirrors; MBG decals, grill, and many other items. The interior and trunk area are fully restored with silver sound abatement and a new carpet kit. The seats are custom upholstery on Miata bucket seats that provide super head support. They look absolutely great! Seat belts are “pull around” modern set-up. Body is in solid shape with new paint at time of restoration. 2 tone paint scheme is metallic gray sides with black on top sides. Canvas top in good shape, but does have 2 patches at the hinge areas. Radial tires are fresh.

Engine and Tranny are strong and in good, running shape. This roadster is a strong runner and eye turner out on the road!

Recent improvements include:

· New brakes, rotors, wheel bearings and hydraulic lines: both axles with complete new part replacement

· Electronic ignition

· New generator

· New radio with MP3 connection

· New Sony speakers mounted in rear cockpit

· Fuel cut-out switch installed to prevent theft

· Driving light relays installed direct to battery output

· Car sale include service manual and a box of odds and ends…

This 50-year-old car does need a few items:

• Fuel level sensor need refit (sensor kit included with car)
• Turn signal blinker unit needs replacing
  
• Sebring style front lower air dam not installed (included with car)
• Has a few rust bubbles on the front fenders, otherwise pretty much rust free
