MG MGA 1962 MKII restoration was started but stalled

1962 MG MGA MKII Additional Info:

1962 MGA MKII for sal, frame off restoration was started but it stalled. Frame was stripped and painted and the body was sit back on the frame, all of the fenders are just on with a few bolts. The panels are in good condition, the front and rear clip have a small amount of rust on the bottom area around the area located by the tires.This car does have the correct 1622 engine and it turns freely, I do have a title for this car.The trunk is in good condition, I do have all of the parts and they do come with the car, here is a list of things not shown but do come with this car.
Rear bumper and 2 over riders,2 rear bumper brackets, gas tank, gas tank straps, 2 tail light plinths, license plate holder, license plate light, 2 headlight buckets, 2 headlights with rings and chrome bezel. 2 parking lights, 2 starters, 2 generators, 2 extra doors, 2 extra windshield stanchions, 2 chrome cowl vents, 2 1600 MKII chrome emblem, 2 air breathers, master cylinder, distributor and cap, regulator, fuse block, windshield wiper motor, front bumper with 2 overriders, gearshift knob. All of these items will be wrapped and put in the trunk of the car or inside the cockpit. I can not deliver this but can assist in loading. I live 30 miles south of Cincinnati Ohio off I-75
There is a $500 non refundable deposit within 48 hours of winning bid. The rest needs to be complete before the car is picked up. I can store the car up to two weeks.
