1965 Mercury Comet Cyclone. Original survivor 289 v8. 4 speed, 4 barrel. Dad worked at a Mercury dealership his senior year before going to Vietnam in 1965. This was a dream car for him. We are the fourth owners of this car. Black on black 2 dr hardtop. Car is very original and a fun driver. Has the original Mercury keys, comet floor mats, owners manual, and Mercury id cards. Car is in great original shape and was well maintained through its life. Only non original parts I can find are possibly carb(Holley 4 barrel), coil, tachometer on dash, and tires(like new). Always draws attention. Drives well. Solid car through and through. Located in mason Illinois. We are selling some of Dads collection. Can deliver for additional fees if within 150 miles. Getting a lot of questions: Floors, rockers, and quarters are rust free original. Original paint that looks great and could be buffed to mirror finish. I will be more then happy to send more pictures. thanks for looking
