Vehicle Details
Selling my Cougar GT to free up some cash for home improvement projects. It’s a great car with LOTS of power that gets lots of looks and questions everywhere I go. The lesser known big brother to the Mustang, it’s a beautiful mid-size coupe with lots of room to appreciate. The body and interior are all original, including the wheels. I invested probably around $15,000 into the drivetrain since I purchased it, including an Edelbrock RPM Top End Kit. It was essentially rebuilt, too much to list, but the main things are:
New engine block at 72,000 miles. Bored to 430 with all new internals
Edelbrock RPM Top End Kit
New gas tank welded in
New cooling system
Freshly rebuilt power steering system
Rebuilt brakes
Rebuilt suspension
New starter
New battery
And about 50 other things. Trying to just get it listed for now, will update the list when I have time. Feel free to message me with questions in the mean time.
So close to being perfect for someone who’s ready to do the aesthetic restoration.
