Fine running and driving classic Mercury Comet Caliente Convertible. 289/ auto. Has been re-painted once in the past. 'Ghost' flames very subtle on front fenders look great. interior in very good condition, power top works as it should.

I have only owned this car for a few months, I was helping a friend out and bought it from him as he needed some money quickly. This is not the usual car I have experience with, I deal mainly in European cars like Porsche / land rover / mini.

Car has always started easily and drives great. Heater works. Power top works great, no leaks. Has aftermarket stereo that works and sounds great. Very little rust, I only see some small bubbles in paint in a few small areas. Very nice cruiser you can enjoy now.
