1968 Mercury Cougar Additional Info:
Up for sale is my 1968 Mercury Cougar Restomod. This black beauty started out as a barn find in North Carolina that was virtually rust free with the exception of a small area behind the drivers side wheel which was properly welded and repaired. This car has been completely gone through and restored with upgrades:

This is a beautiful car which is a real head turner anywhere I drive it. The rebuilt motor has about 200 miles on it. I recently suffered a serious back injury, and unfortunately am not able to finish it as a result. Remaining work that needs to be completed include hooking up the vacuum system for the pop-up headlights (vacuum cylinders at each headlight are not blown and hold pressure), hooking up the horn button, refurbishing the heater control switch, and tightening up the headliner which is a little loose. There are a couple small paint bubbles on the hood behind the scoop which are hard to see unless you look really close. Car is located just outside of Myrtle Beach, SC. I have more pics and videos, including its restoration and will email them to serious buyers. Marti report also available. I will also be listing this car locally, so listing can be ended at any time.
Local pickup only, no shipping. I have the right to cancel bids from new accounts and buyers with no reviews. Serious buyers only please, no tire kickers, bs, or scammers. All reasonable offers will be considered. Clear South Carolina title in hand. Non-refundable deposit of $500 due within 48 hours of purchase. Remaining balance due within 7 days and cash only when the car is picked up. Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask me any questions that you might have.
