Up for sale is this hard to find Mercury wagon. Expertly refinished in its original colors of Sea Isle Green Metallic and Springdale Green, this 8 passenger wagon was restored to all stock specifications and looks showroom fresh. The car performs beautifully, it's a real pleasure to drive. I've made a driving video if you'd like to see it, at https://youtu.be/B8pKVDLPIc0
Over 100 pictures follow below, looks for my comments along the way that describe this fantastic Mercury.

The transport cost is the responsibility of the winning bidder, although I'll be happy to help with logistics and recommendations. I ship a lot of cars and get good rates, so let me know if you need help with that. Thanks for looking!
These tires have the classic wide white bias ply look, but have modern radial tire construction.
There's one paint chip on the top of the headlight shroud, shown here. That's about the only flaw to point out on the car, it's that good. The paint quality is excellent, with no tape lines, runs, orange peel or other imperfections. Prep and application were first rate.
The windshield has been replaced and is in excellent condition.
Window seals are new. All of the stainless trim on the car has been professionally polished.
1955 was the year that Disneyland opened, hence this decal.
All of the emblems on the car are in like new condition.
Show quality chrome.
All lights and lenses are in excellent condition.
Here's the one other flaw on the car, some scuffing on this piece of glass.
Sightlines down the sides are super straight with no waviness.
The interior is done in "Green Square Chromatex". The front seat was redone using NOS materials, the remainder is original.
The VIN tag shows that this was a Los Angeles built car, made on August 22nd. It was the 36th vehicle built that day.
All of the gauges operate correctly.
Traffic light viewer.
32.6 square feet of cargo space with the seats folded flat.
This is a Travel-Aire swamp cooler. It's NOS (new old stock) and has never been used. It's entirely self contained, and lifts out easily for removal, shown in the next photo.
Its fan runs off the car's electrical system, so wiring connections will need to be made for this to be operational.
The radio powers on but doesn't tune in to stations. The clock doesn't work. The heater, fan, and plenums all function correctly.
This car was optioned with power steering, power brakes and power seat. The seat controls click but don't move the seat as intended.
Matching Goodyear spare, unused.
The 292 V8 fires on the button and runs great. Here again is the link to the driving video: https://youtu.be/B8pKVDLPIc0
Clean and solid undercarriage with no rust issues, and no signs of prior rust repair.
Great assortment of factory brochures and manuals, plus receipts and other paperwork is included.
