1963 Mercury Monterey Convertible Additional Info:

You are looking at a beautiful 1963 Mercury Monterey Custom Convertible. It has been mostly restored and starts, runs and drives great. It looks great with the custom wheels[cost about 2500.00],but if you prefer originality I have the original 14" wheels that can go with it [free] and you can throw on some coker whitewalls. The interior is gorgeous and comfortable[all new cushions were used when it was re-upholstered].It has new door panels, new carpet and the dash was painted at same time car was with same color and the pictures don't do the car justice. The paint is laser straight and looks better in person, everyone comments on how nice the paint is!!The POWER convertible top is only a couple years old, looks great and works just like it should[it also includes a white convertible boot cover].The 390 engine runs strong and always starts with 2 or 3 pumps. The tranny shifts going down the road just like it should and the front end is nice and tight. All the gauges work and it even has original under the dash MERCURY AIR CONDITIONING.The only bad things i can think of is ac needs to be charged[comes on but doesn't blow cold] and the heater doesn't work. This is a great summer cruiser that turns heads wherever it goes.It has NO RUST !! I am 69 and trying to retire so I'm selling my 2 classics. My other one is a 1969 gto judge tribute convertible in triple black. They are both gonna go very reasonably so bid with confidence as I have been on ebay for almost 20 yrs with 100% positive feedback. Please give me 24hrs to return emails or call me at 208.664.0125 [10am t0 8pm PST], I have sold and shipped internationally and can do so for this auction, thanks Harry.
