I bought the car from a wrecking yard it has lien packet same as title if registered in California you'll have to do a break in lamp inspection..different rules at different states the car is solid I really don't see any rust on the car .body is straight few things here and there floors are solid trunk a solid car missing the hood in the lights been sitting in the rain motor does turn.. I've never tried firing it up selling it as is will need to be towed away. Cash at pickup or wire only no PayPal... car is not being parted out. Please read this description before asking the same questions.. car can be registered anywhere you will need to take the papers i give u to dmv and you will get issued a title in your state. California buyers only have to do a brake and light inspection before you can get your title... if you think its gonna be a problem reg the vehicle please find something else..
