1964 Mercury Comet 202 Additional Info:

Great survivor Southern Arizona car. 3rd owner and have sales receipt from a Tucson dealership in 1965. Solid car that has an older repaint 30 years ago. No accidents and straight body. Original 200 in line 6 cyl that runs strong. 2 speed automatic trans that shifts good. Interior seats have been re-done in cloth years ago. All electrical good and dash compete. Original gas cap! Daily driver and would be a great gasser project or enjoy stock. Some comet scrip letters are missing on fenders (see pics) now for bad, some minor rust in lower tailgate and left rear panel behind wheel. Not bad at all and can be repaired.All floorboards and body in great shape. Keys for locks and ignition. Tires are mixed brands and should be replaced for long road trip. 90 + thousand miles on car. Clean Az title and currently registered and insured. Only 5,500 of these made in 1964. Cool car with contintinal style front grill. Did I mention this is a COOL car!
