1956 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 4 Dr sedan Additional Info:

Purchased from original owners estate in 1988. Car was stored from 67-88 in a barn in Lancaster pa and had 73,000 miles on it when I purchased the car. Car was solid and straight but the paint and chrome needed refurbishing. I also redid the interior-seats, headliner, carpet and door panels. ALL new brake system components. New gas tank and lines. Rebuilt fuel pump, carb, generator. Rebuilt Becker radio (now has accessory ports). New tires. Car has ALL its original manuals and brochures (see picture). New motor and trans mounts. No mechanical noises or excessive oil consumption. Everything works including wind up clock. Car never fails to draw attention and compliments. Downsizing my collection.
